If you are going to eat it all in one day follow the instructions below...1. Cook a whole breast of chicken in water only. After breast is cooked cut into cubes 2. Cut iceburg lettuce and bok Choy and set aside in a large bowl with the chicken.3. Sauté using Pam Spray Sesame seeds and almonds until light golden color pour over lettuce and bok choy.4. Add sugar to sauce pan and oil and soy sauce bring to boil.5. Pour mixture over greens and mix.6. Add chow main noodles7. serving size 3 1/2 cup of bok choy and lettuce, 1/2 cup of chicken with almonds and sesame seed, 1/8 of cup of oil, sugar and soy sauce and 1/2cup of Chow main noodlesI normally seperate the ingredients in plastic bags so I can take some to work the next day. .... the reason I do this portion control and also because the chow main noodles get soggy with the lettuce.
