In a large sauce pan, dump all cans of veggies and seasonings together. Stir in your apple sausage with the outer covering removed. I like to dice the sausage but you could leave them whole also. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer over low heat for 20 min. I drained only the corn and used the juices of the other cans as the stock.Makes four servings.
