Grill chicken thigh however you grill (I use my George Foreman) While your chicken is grilling take one tortillia and one wedge of the laughing cow cheese, spread the cheese on the tortilla, shred lettuce and dice tomatoes, slice your half of avocado into thin slices. when Chicken is done slice into strips and place on your tortilla. cover with lettuce tomatoes and avocado.
