In a large skillet add the olive oil and allow to heat on medium heat. Add the cabbage and let sit for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Next add the yellow and green onions, and let cook for about 5-7 minutes until soft. Add the chicken broth, mixing well and let stand for 5 minutes. Pull the pan off the stove and mix in the parmesan. Reserve some of the parmesan to be added before serving.Enjoy.
