Here is how you make Key West Tuna Pasta:

Be sure to add salt to the water for boiling the pasta. It's pretty tasteless without it. Finely chop the cilantro and green onion/chives and mix with the mayo and yogurt. I like to season with garlic salt and fresh pepper. Drain and cool the pasta for about 10 minutes then add it to the mayo mixture. Fold in the tuna last.
