Here is how you make Pork Quesadillas:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Brown pork chop in 2 tbsp olive oil, 5 minutes per side. Add chili powder, cumin and onions. toss to coat. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer until onions are soft.Meanwhile arrange tortillas on a baking sheet. Add 1 oz Brie and 1/4 oz Cotija to each tortilla. When pork is done, split equally among tortillas.
