I like to microwave my potato because it is quick. I wash it, poke it with holes, put it in a bowl with a tad bit of water and cook about 6 min. per pound. Cut your tater into bite size pieces and top with the cheese then add the heated broccoli and remaining ingredients. Mash and stir.
