1/2 cup Peas (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Fresh Green Chile (finely chopped - optional)

Here is how you make Curried Quinoa:

Serves 6 to 8 (about 3/4 cup each)1. Rinse quinoa in cold water thoroughly (use fine mesh filter or coffee filter) If using Ancient Harvest Quinoa, it has already been rinsed.2. Place oil and diced onion in heavy saucepan and saute on med. high heat for 4 to 5 min.3. Add ginger root, chile, and quinoa. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly. A fine, wihch spiral appears around the grain as it cooks.4. Stir in turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, and salt 5. Add water and bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.6. Stir in peas. cover and cook for 4 or 5 minutes until peas are tender and all water has been absorbed.7. Fluff with fork before serving.
