The ingredients for Spring Rolls are:

8 spring roll wrappers
1 cup nappa cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup scallions, shredded
1 cup imitation crab
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 large greenleaf lettuce leaves, split in two down the center rib
Large bowl of very hot water


How Do I Make Spring Rolls?

Here is how you make Spring Rolls:

Mix cabbage, carrots, sprouts, scallions, soy and oyster sauce well. Set aside. Soften one wrapper in hot water. Be careful not to burn yourself. Lay out carefully. Add 1/2 piece of lettuce to center of wrapper. Place 3 tbsp of the veggie mixture on top of lettuce. Place 2 tbsp imitation crab on veggies, then roll all together like a burrito, tucking both ends in before rolling. Repeat until all are rolled. Chill for 1 hour then slice diagonally across the middle of each one.
