It just requires cutting up all of the ingredients (i.e. the broccoli, apples, and cheese) then adding in the nuts and craisins. I found it easiest to place all of my ingredients into a tupperware container with a lid as I go. When I have everything in there I place the lid on and shake it up to mix.Keep it in the refridgerator it will last several days. A serving is 3/4 to 1 cup. Lightly dress. Don't hesitate to experiment.
