Here is how you make Lentil Bulgur Salad:

In a large bowl, pour boiling water over bulgur; let stand until liquid is absorbed - about 30 minutes.In a saucepan, bring 2 1/2 c. water to a boil. Add lentils. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.Add to bowl with bulgur. Let cool completely.Add peppers, onions, and parsley to bulgur and lentil mixture. In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss. Crumble feta over salad, toss again. Chill 4 hours.
