This is my basic salad I have everyday for lunch. I prepare it on Sunday for my Mon-Fri Lunches.note: the fresh on the head Romaine Lettuce doesn't last as long if I'm shopping once a week as the bag of Romaine. To a quart size zip lock bag for work: I add a handful (about 1cup) of bagged Romaine Lettuce. 1/2 cup of peeled chopped cucumbers1/2 cup of bell peppers I seal the zip lock and place in the Frig to take with me very day to work - note: I also cut up leftover meat from the previous night's dinner (chicken, pork, steak) or a can of tuna to a seperate ziplock bag to put on top for lunch.
