Here is how you make Spinach and Scallops Salad:

Makes 1 serving.In salad or pasta bowl, add baby spinach, blueberries and mandarin oranges. Set aside.In small saute pan, heat chili oil and sesame oil over medium high heat. Add thawed scallops and scallions (green onions). Approximately 1/2 way through cooking time (according to scallop package directions) add five-spice powder and stir to distribute. Continue cooking until scallops are opaque. If cooking liquid dissipates and spice begins to stick to pan, add water to deglaze pan.When scallop mixture has finished cooking, toss with spinach, blueberries and mandarin oranges in salad bowl.
