1) Heat oil in a med. frying pan. Add tempeh and cook, stirring often, until browned. (7-8 min.)2) Remove from heat and add soy sauce, stirring to coat all pieces evenly.3) Put tempeh in a medium bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, onion, cumin, garlic, and pepper4) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
