4-5 Roma tomatoes (use any kind you want)
Quinoa (make sure it's cooked. The amount is variable to taste.. we've also used rice)
black olives (optional and to taste)
2 tbsp mayo (amount is variable)
garlic powder to taste
garlic salt to taste
1 cup TVP (texturized vegetable protein. This is optional.. we add it for protein)
Hummus (optional)


How Do I Make Vegetable Salad Spread?

Here is how you make Vegetable Salad Spread:

Chop vegetables into cubes (I slice cucumber and tomato normally and then 3 times in each direction to make cubes) and put into bowl. Add black olives (to taste) and Quinoa (we add for texture.. use as much as you like). Sprinkle TVP (again, optional) and add mayo (used as a binder... we try to use as little as possible). I sprinkle the top of the mixture with garlic powder and mix, and then add more if I think it needs it.
