How Do I Make Carol's Seared Salmon Balsamic Fillet for One - No Sugar Added?

Here is how you make Carol's Seared Salmon Balsamic Fillet for One - No Sugar Added:

Combine frozen fillet and all other ingredients in zipper bag overnight in fridge to thaw and marinate, squeezing air out. ~~~~~~~~I don't use Pam, but recommend you spray a pan with Pam the first time you cook it (not included in the ingredients / calorie count). Add all the ingredients in the bag at once to the pan, on medium heat. When first side is cooked 1/3 of the way up through the thickness of the fillet from the bottom, flip fillet over to cook second side. Fish will flake when done: if cooking only one, and depending on elevation, heat and thickness of pan, about 1 min on first side and 2 mins on second side. Very fast, so just watch it, and don't step away from the pan.~~~~~~~~The salmon is great served on a bed of tabouli salad, or on fresh spinach leaves with the hot sauce drizzled over to wilt the spinach. Or serve room temp on Romaine or spinach garden salad. Makes one 4oz serving. Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CAROL_.
