How Do I Make Southwest Salsa and Chips?

Here is how you make Southwest Salsa and Chips:

This is a super easy one to make and serves one person.Mix sour cream, balsamic vinegar and ms dash in a small cup.Add the sour-cream to the salsa (blend if you prefer) mix well.Lightly mix in the kidney beans, chicken and cheese. I prefer to lightly break the chips, stir the salsa around them and eat it with a spoon. You could also use it as a traditional salsa and eat it with the chips.Another great substitute (if you like to use the chips to dig out the salsa) is to use homemade chips. I like to use homemade corn tortilla chips for this. I use the equivalent of 2 full 8in corn tortillas and save aroud 150 calories. This salsa is also great in a taco with cabbage and tomatoes sliced on top. (Makes 2 well stuffed 8in corn tacos)Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user BRYCELEO.
