Here is how you make Broccoli Cheese Soup:

If not already done, peel, slice and cook broccoli, carrots and celery (I generally steam them). Place in large pot or Dutch oven. Spray saute pan with butter flavored cooking spray; add onion and saute until translucent. Add to other vegetables in pot.Combine water and cream sauce mix in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Add cheese to mixture and stir until melted and incorporated into mixture.Add cheese sauce and milk to vegetables in pot. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
