Sprinkle salt on the kale (to taste) Juice a lemon (you can use 1/2 the lemon for less lemon flavor or 1 whole lemon - it's up to you) ***it helps to make this in a plastic bowl with a lid and shake the kale after the Olive oil is added and after the lemon is added*** Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the kale and shake again. **Let the kale sit for 10 minutes, this will allow time for the olive oil, lemon, salt and red pepper to sink in*** Enjoy!!!!!
