How Do I Make Tofu Teriyaki?

Here is how you make Tofu Teriyaki:

Cube the tofu and marinade in Lawry's Teriyaki w/ Pineapple Juice. Chop veggies and put into pan w/ oil. Using a slotted spoon, spoon tofu into separate pan w/ garlic and heat on med to med-high heat until firm. Pour remaining marinade w/ veggies and cook until veggies are tender or to liking.
