Here is how you make Mini Rye Tuna Melts:

Mix together the tuna, onions, and mayonnaise. Put about one tablespoon mixture on each of 8 slices of the rye. Cut the two cheese slices into 8 squares. Put one cheese slice on top of the tuna mixture. Top with the remaining 8 rye slices. Spray with cooking spray (can butter if you wish) Put on griddle sprayed side down and spray the other side.
