Here is how you make Red Bean Turkey Chilli:

Soak your kidney beans over night in your stock pot covered in water. Rince and drain and put back in stock pot with 3 cups water or put enough water to cover beans. Will have to add more as the beans cook for 4 hours. While the beans are cooking brown your turkey and add to the beans. Then add your onions and spices. For a zippier chilli add more chilli powder and some red pepper flakes. Cook the chilli until the beans are tender but not mushy. This is a great recipie to store in the freezer and put aside for lunches.
