Here is how you make Beans and turkey sausage:

Open a large can of Goya black beans and strain in a colander and rinse off with filtered water, followed by the can of chickpeas, rinsed. I buy the cans that have 7 1/2 cup servings each in them. They are fairly large. I then add them to a large pot that has two cups of bone broth and two cups of filtered water to it and follow with all the spices. I then open package of turkey sausage and cut it in 14 equal pieces as the pkg says it serves 7. It's a 13oz package of incited turkey sausage with no nitrates or nitrites in it. Add the turkey to the pot and cover with lid and bring to a gentle boil over high heat. Heat thoroughly for about 30 minutes for flavors to mesh and remove from heat.
