3 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp Splenda
1/2 tsp light salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 pkg (8 oz) Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
1 cup Reduced Fat Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
3 Green Onions -thinly sliced - divided
2/3 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Here is how you make Turkey Noodle Casserole:

Cook noodles according to pkg instruction.While noodles cook, over med heat cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce, splenda, salt and pepper. Heat through. Drain noodles: stir into turkey mixture.In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta cheese and sour cream until blended. Stir in half of the sliced green onions.Spoon half of the noodle mixture into a 13x9x2" baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray. Top with cheese mixture and remaining noodle mixture. Cover & bake at 350 for 30 min. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining green onions and cheddar cheese.
