Here is how you make Vegan Veggie Quiche:

Cut up veggies and sautee in a frying pan 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, run tofu, soy milk and spices through a blender. You should end up with a pudding-like consistency, so adjust soy milk accordingly. Toss cooked veggies in a bowl with tofu mixture and pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
