1-2 slices of Lunch meat of your choice
1/8 cup of shredded low fat cheese
Avocado spread
Greens
Diced Tomato
Wasabi Mayonaise or choice of condiment

Here is how you make Healthy Wrap:

The 10 minutes prep time is mostly the avocado. Cut the avocado and scoop out the seed/insides. Mash the insides. Add teaspoon of crushed garlic and a teaspoon of olive oil. Spread condiment on wrap and begin adding loose things, top with slices of meat. Then spread avocado onto the meat.
