Here is how you make Samantha's Bean Dip:

Brown the hamburger meat with onion and green chiles in a very large skillet. Drain and rinse fat from the meat, return mixture to skillet.---Add refried beans and salsa to meat mixture, and cook,stirring until it reaches a low simmer. ---Transfer meat/bean mix to a large flat baking pan (I use a jelly-roll pan with 1/2 inch lip), and spread smooth.
