*1 Pound Ground Beef
*1 Medium Onion, Chopped
*1 Box (500 g) of Gemelli Pasta (or any other pasta)
*2 Cans Condensed Tomato Soup, Undiluted
*2 Cups Taco and Nacho Shredded Cheese

Here is how you make Mexican Beef Bake:

Melt margarine in a skillet and brown beef. Add the onion and stir-fry until tender. Add the taco mix and cook according to directions. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions, drain and set aside.Put half the pasta in a 3 quart baking dish. Pour 1 can of soup and half the beef mixture and stir all together. Add one cup of cheese. Add the other half of the pasta, soup and beef.
