Romaine Lettuce 1 cup, shredded
Celery, raw, 1 cup, sliced
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped

Here is how you make Chicken Wraps-Buffalo style:

Wisk together hot sauce, 2 tablespoons of the vinegar and cayenne pepper in medium bowl.Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat until hot and spray with non-stick oil. Add chicken, cook until throughly done (no pink in meat) approximately 5-7- minutes stiring constantly to make sure meat moves from side to side) Add to bowl with hot sauce mixture. Drizzle with remaining hot sauce over the 4 tortillas and roll in wrap style sandwich. Cut each in half if desired at an angle.
