This recipe is a modification of a recipe I got out of a Publix weekly flyer. It is super easy to assemble, since it's almost all canned stuff. It has a slight kick to it, and SO yummy and filling! This also refrigerates really well, so it's great to take to work the next day for lunch.

1 box jiffy muffin mix
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1-2 tsp cumin, to taste
1/2 cup grated cheese (of your choice)

1. Preheat oven to 425 F2. Spray a 9x13 pan with no-stick cooking spray.3. Combine all ingredients except the cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix until moistened throughout, then pour into the 9x13 pan.4.
