Preheat oven to 350.In a glass dish, brush dish just a bit with the enchilada sauce.Cook chicken.Wilt spinach (just barely).Put in food processor: chicken, onions, peppers.In a bowl, add chicken mix and stir in cream cheese, a couple tablespoons of the enchilada sauce and a sprinkling of the cheese.In each tortilla, layer spinach then spread the chicken mixture.
