Trim fat and cut chicken into strips and add to marinade bag. Squeeze out the air and seal bag. Shake until all chicken pieces are coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. or overnight. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat and spray w/ Pam. Saute peppers and onions until tender. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Spray same skillet w/ Pam and add chicken. Saute chicken until cooked, about 3 -5 min on each side. Remove from heat. Add veggies back to skillet with chicken to warm.
