The ingredients for Healthier Chicken Lime Quesadillas are:

2 four oz chicken breasts (8 oz total)
4 Smart & Delicious Whole Wheat Tortillas
2 oz Shredded Mozarella Cheese
2 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp light butter
4 tbsp light sour cream
6 tbsp guacamole
1 cup Salsa
1 Lime
Garlic salt
Onion powder
Garlic Salt
Pepper




How Do I Make Healthier Chicken Lime Quesadillas?

Here is how you make Healthier Chicken Lime Quesadillas:

Cut raw chicken breasts into small pieces. Heat non stick skillet and add 1.5 tbsp olive oil. Cook over medium heat. Add about .5 tsp of each-garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper. Cut lime in half and squeeze half of lime juice over chicken. Continue cooking and turning in skillet until chicken is done and starts to brown on the sides. Set chicken aside. Spray skillet with cooking spray ( on medium heat). Spread .5 tbsp of butter on one side of each tortilla . Place one tortilla at a time butter side face down in skillet. Sprinkle 1/4 of the chicken, 1/4 of the mozarella and 1/4 of the cheddar cheese on one side of the tortilla. Fold the other side of the tortilla over so it covers the chicken and cheese(looks like a half moon shape) Once bottom is browned carefully flip it over in the skillet with a spatula. Cook that side also until it browns. Remove from heat and cut the quesadilla into 3 triangles. Follow same instructions to make the rest of the quesadillas. Serve each quesadilla with 1 Tbsp Light sr. cream, 2 Tbsp salsa and 1 heaping Tbsp of guacamole* on the side. *I made fresh guacamole with 1 large avacado, lime juice, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, and small diced roma tomato. A few dashes of each seasoning and add according to your own taste.
