Stir in red wine, lime juice, beef broth, and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.Gradually stir in cornmeal. Add pinto beans and black beans; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes.
