Here is how you make Tex Mex 3-Bean Spicy Chili:

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onions and green peppers on medium low heat until the beef is cooked through and the onions and green peppers are tender. If needed, reduce heat and cover to soften the onions and peppers. In a large soup pot, add the diced tomatoes, the tomato sauce, the light red kidney beans (drained and rinsed), the dark red kidney beans (drained and rinsed), the black beans (drained and rinsed), and the corn. Add the ground beef with the onions and green peppers to the pot. Add a can or two of water to make it to the consistency that you like. Add the chili pepper, chipotle chili pepper, cumin, and fajita seasoning. Crush the red pepper flakes as you add them to the pot. Stir well. Cook on medium heat until almost to a bubble, stirring often, then reduce heat to low (or simmer), stirring occasionally, for at least an hour. Allow the spices to mingle.
