3 T Chili powder
2 t Oregano, ground
2 Cups Picanti Sauce (Hot or Mild to taste)
1 T Garlic powder, (or use fresh garlic)
1 T Cayenne Pepper (Optional, if you want it HOT)
2 cans Diced Tomatoes (29oz total)
1 packet Herb Ox Sodium Free Beef Boullion (4g)
2 cups Black Beans
3 cups Pinto Beans
2 T Red Wine Vinegar
1 Bell pepper (large)
1 Onion (large)
1/4 cup Honey
2 T Fajita Seasoning
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil


How Do I Make Holiday Chili?

Here is how you make Holiday Chili:

Brown the meat in 1/2 of the olive oil (2 tablespoons) in a skillet. At the same time, saut? onion and pepper (and fresh garlic if desired) for about 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to boil over medium heat stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer two hours (or more) stirring occasionally. The longer it simmers the more the flavors blend.
