Deseed and break up dried ancho peppers. Soak in hot water 10 minutes until softened.Combine chicken broth, garlic, chili powder, cumin seed, peppers and liquid in blender. Process until it is liquified.Slice or cube pork. Spray with non stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt/pepper and brown before putting into the crock pot.
