1 stalk celary
3-4 pablano peppers, roasted and de-skinned/de-seeded
1 tbsp canola
1 med tomoato
1 cllove garlic
1/2 cup green peppers
8 oz chuck (80/20)

Here is how you make Chili Rellnos:

Boil rice and completely cook.Chop: garlic, celery, green peppers, onion, tomoto, cheeses.Put canola oil in pan and sautee, celery, green peppers, onions anbd garlic till browned. Once browned, turn off stove and add rice and tomatos to pan. Stir till mixed.Lay Pablanos in the bottom of 2-16oz glass backing dish (individual serving dishes...ours are oval. They are perfect size for serving veggies, casseroles or desserts)Pour half of the meat/veggie mixture into each dish over the pablanos.
