This chili has a medium spicy flavor that can be warmed up or cooled down pretty easily depending on your taste. And just remember, the longer you cook this, the better it will taste! one anaheim (green chili), pepper, chopped
two jalapenos, seeded and chopped
12 ounces beer, (Guiness)
28 ounce can stewed tomatoes
3/4 6 ounce can tomato paste
three cans chili beans, medium sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 beef bouillon cubes
1.5 tablespoon cumin
3 tablespoons chili powder
2.5 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
2.5 teaspoons dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper

Here is how you make April's Chili:

1. Place bacon in a large soup pot. Cook over medium high heat until evenly browned. Drain excess grease. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels, chop.2. Brown beef and pork in pot over medium high heat. When meat is browned, stir in all other ingredients. Heat to boiling.3. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.4. After 2 hours, taste and adjust salt, pepper and chili powder if necessary. The longer the chili simmers, the better it will taste. Remove from heat and serve, or refrigerate, and serve the next day. 5.
