How Do I Make Shaun's Healthy Mexican Burrito?

Here is how you make Shaun's Healthy Mexican Burrito:

1. Partially Brown the ground turkey, drain2. Add 1 white onion, chopped to ground turkey 3. Add taco seasoning mix to turkey w/onions and cook until onions are clear and meat is dark brown (drain if necessary)4. While turkey is cooking: heat up the tomatoes w/chilies in one pot and the black beans in another pot 5. Chop up green onions, tomatoes and lettuce6. When all is cooked, heat the tortilla in oven or stove per directions on package (I microwave for 45 seconds)7. Take one tortilla, put turkey on first in middle, then tomatoes w/chilies, then black beans, 8. Add a small dash (1/5th) of cheese over top of the turkey, beans and hot tomatoes.9. Add 2 tbsp of Paul Newmans Salsa10. Add some tomatoes, green onions and lettuce 11. Dollop 2 tbsps of fat free sour cream (optional)12. Fold burrito up at the bottom and roll closed13.
