Here is how you make Mexican Spring Roll:

Preheat oven to 425.Brown turkey meat (beef or shrimp), drain, mix in mushrooms, onions, seasoning packet & half of recommended water on packet (the mushrooms add extra water, add more water as desired), sautee until veggies done.Lay out wrappers. Fill with meat, cheese & cabbage. Wrap up, wet corner to seal.Spray cooking spray on foil lined cookie sheet. Evenly spread the 4 rolls. Spray tops with cooking spray.
