Sautee in olive oil. Cut into small pieces or puree in blender. Mash beans with sour cream. Set aside. Mix butternut squash and cheese in another bowl.Spread bean mixture on two of the tortillas. Arrange chicken on top. Spread cheese mixture on other two tortillas and press each on on top of other two.
