Here is how you make Chorizo and Rice:

Brown chorizo with onion until cooked through. Add diced tomatoes, garbanzo beans, and chicken stock and bring to boil. Add rice, stir and cover, removing from heat. Let sit until rice is tender. Snip one whole bunch of cilantro over pot about 1" , stems included. Stir and serve.
