Dice one medium onion and saute over medium/high heat.Add 1 lb ground turkey and cook until completely browned.Stir in one 10 oz can of kidney beans drained and rinsed, 20 oz can of diced tomatoes and Lawry's taco seasoning packet mixed in 1/2 cup water.Add cooked white rice (follow cooking instructions for 1 cup white rice either regular or instant will work).Let simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes until most of the juices are cooked down. Serves 4 to 6 depending on appetite!**Optional: if you have extra calories and fat to use, its yummy with cheese added!
