Here is how you make Guacamole (in Salsa Verde):

I like to grill the tomatillos, onion slices, garlic and jalapenos over a gas grill. You can also asar them. (asar= cook in a hot frying pan, no teflon, without any oil) Put grilled items into a blender with cilantro and add 1 cup of water. Blend on high until very smooth. Cut Avocados in half and scoop out fruit with a spoon. Turn blender back on and add avocado. Add second cup of water only as needed. Add salt. Serve with meat or chips.
