In a large non-stick pan over med heat brown the bacon, about 2 minutes. Add the peppers, onions, corn and beans. Cook until everything it soft, about 5 minutes. Add 1 small carton of egg whites, cook until done, stirring often. When done, turn off sprinkle cheese on top and eat up.
