Saute sausage until starting to brown. Add peppers and onions and continue to cook until peppers are softened. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste. Spread evenly in the pan.Scramble eggs & milk together. Pour eggs into center of pan on top of sausage/veggie mixture. DO NOT STIR. Cover pan and cook on HIGH until bottom is set, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top.Remove pan to oven. Broil until top the golden brown and center is set. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.Cut into 4 equal pieces.
