Here is how you make Salsa Squash:

Cut the squash into cubes and peel off the skin. Place in a dish with a little water in the bottom and microwave until tender. Saute onion, butter and garlic in a pan until onion and garlic are cooked. Add salsa, half of the cheese, salt and squash to the pan and stir. preheat the oven to 400Grease a 1 quart pan and add the mixture into it. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes.
