8 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)

How Do I Make Tex-mex Stuffed Bell Peppers?

Here is how you make Tex-mex Stuffed Bell Peppers:

Brown Turkey, add taco seasoning, follow directions on seasoning package. Cut tops off bell peppers - remove seeds. put 1/3 cup of rice in bottom of peppers - squish to the sides, add 1/3 cup of turkey, add 1/3 cup of rice. put top (lid) back on pepper and place in a lightly oiled dish. bake at 375 for 45 minutes or microwave 1-2 at a time for 10 minutes until pepper gives slightly. Plate pepper and sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese on top. Serve with optional salsa on side.
