Here is how you make Vegan Lazy Stuffed Peppers:

This is very lazy, basically just put it all either in a pot or pan, and simmer on the stove for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender, and then spoon the mixture into them. I like to cook it all together because if you cook the peppers seperately, then it doesn't give it that taste the peppers give to the rest of the stuff..
